This notice describes the Echo Edge agency website and enquiries sent to Echo Edge. You can contact us about your personal information at contact@echoedgesolutions.com.
Information you share
The enquiry form requires your name, email address, business name and a short description of what you need. Services, business type, investment range, currency, start date, phone number, website and preferred next step are optional. A selected package or invoice request is included with your brief. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.
This local preview saves test enquiries and unsent email drafts in its local database. It does not send owner alerts or email receipts. The on-screen confirmation means your brief was saved locally. The production website uses a database through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, with an enquiry inbox restricted to the agency’s authorised owner account. Form entries are not saved in your browser after you leave the page.
Why we use it
We use enquiries to understand your request, contact you, discuss potential services and prepare a proposal where appropriate. Where applicable, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling business communications. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you enquire.
Service providers and website access
If we correspond by email, those messages are handled through our email service provider and your chosen email provider. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with infrastructure supplied by Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The private enquiry inbox uses the hosting provider’s sign-in system. To limit automated submissions, the form uses a hidden spam field and a short-lived hash derived from the submitting IP address (or email when an IP is unavailable) and the current hour. The application does not store the raw IP address in its enquiry records. Expired rate-limit records are removed during later submissions.
No booking provider is connected in this preview. You can request a discovery call in your enquiry; this is not a confirmed appointment.
Providers may process information in other countries. Their notices explain applicable processing locations and transfer safeguards: Google, OpenAI, Cloudflare.
Enquiry source and measurement
When available, limited campaign labels (source, medium and campaign) and the referring website’s hostname are held in this browser tab’s session storage and included with a submitted enquiry. We discard full referral URLs, query strings and unsupported values. These details help explain how an enquiry reached us; campaign links should never contain personal information.
Local measurement hooks record only the action type and fixed labels, such as which package was chosen. They do not include form text, contact details, referral URLs or user identifiers. No external analytics provider is connected or receiving those events. Any future optional analytics integration will need its own configuration and privacy choices before use.
How long information is kept
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, taking account of applicable recordkeeping requirements and the need to establish or respond to legal claims. You can ask us about the records relating to your enquiry or request their deletion.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions.
Send requests to our contact email. You may also raise concerns with the data protection authority in the country where you live, work or believe a breach occurred.
Cookies and changes
We have not added advertising pixels or audience analytics to this website. Our Cookie policy describes the current setup. We update this notice when the website’s handling of personal information changes.
